Many of us attend conferences and events looking for the greatest innovations to bring back to our own educational settings only to realize that ourselves, our schools, and our districts may not have set the foundation to create innovation in our classrooms. This session will address the five conditions for innovation which set the stage for innovation. These 5 conditions include the leadership, environment, discovery process, co-learning, and perserverance. Through project based learning experiences which address these conditions, we can set the stage for true innovation within our classrooms.
